About us
Planning Objection Letters is the online professional planning practice of Simon Miles, a highly experienced UK-based MRTPI accredited planning consultant. After rising to a senior role in a local authority planning team, he worked for ten years as a government planning Inspector, handling appeals in England and Wales. He has worked on a wide range of projects in the public and private sectors from small household extensions to major housing, commercial and infrastructure schemes.
For nearly ten years, Planning Objection Letters has been helping neighbours and local residents make their case against the developers. We have drafted hundreds of objection letters over this time. And although the outcome of any planning application or appeal can never be guaranteed, we will always ensure the case against approval is made as fully and effectively as possible.
